Clementon police arrest 3 on cocaine, mail theft charges

Police said they found drugs and stolen mail after responding to a trespassing call at a Coventry Court townhouse. Three people were arrested.
Officers entered the home in the Heritage Square complex about 3 p.m. Wednesday. They found Tina Henry, 33, standing on a toilet with a small bag of crack cocaine and some mail that was not hers, police said.
After a further search of the home, police said, they found bundles of stolen mail and several bags of crack and marijuana.
Police charged Henry, of Berlin Borough, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen property and trespassing.
The owner of the home, Roger Smith, 54, was charged with possession of cocaine, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, and receiving stolen property.
Authorities also found 18-year-old Dwayne Reese of Pine Hill hiding in a bedroom. Reese said he was paying Smith with crack in order to live there, police said.
Reese was charged with possession of crack, possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy to distribute the drug.
All three were being held at the Camden County Jail.
